Shipping policy

At Emery & Co, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world while maintaining the highest level of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time:
Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 days after the order and payment is received.

Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Tracked Shipping
All shipping are tracked. In the event of missing shipments for tracked shipping, Emery & Co will not bear any responsibilities for missing shipments. Unless you have pre-purchased additional registered or express shipping options by us, we will be unable to track your order and ensure a successful delivery. We recommend utilising tracked shipping for all orders.

SINGAPORE
All Local tracked deliveries are made via Singpost and usually takes between 2 - 3 business days. 

 

AUSTRALIA
Local untracked deliveries are made via Australia Post Regular Post service and usually takes between 3 - 5 
business days.
Local tracked deliveries are made via 
Australia Post Express Post service and usually takes between 1 - 3 business days.
All orders within Australia will be shipped out from Melbourne. To estimate your delivery timing, visit Australia Post's Postage Calculator and enter "HAWTHORN VIC 3122" in the From field, followed by your area in the To field.

OTHERS
Local delivery in South East Asia will take between 2 and 10 business days. International delivery usually takes between 15 and 30 business days.
International tracking number will be issued once order is dispatched. No tracking number will be provided if unregistered parcel is selected.
